Polly's Crafts will endeavour to deliver or have delivered all orders in a prompt manner.

All care and attention will be given when sending orders.

Product returns are only accepted if the product delivered is faulty.  Polly's Crafts will only refund the price of the product, no other costs.

If the product is out of stock we will attempt to offer you a similar replacement product.

Polly's Crafts reserves the right to replace or refund faulty products.
